  • Setting the Timeline: We'll chat about your selling needs, like if you're buying a new home, where you'll stay, and your profit goals. We'll gather all the info we need to plan and decide when to list your property.

  • Preparing Your Home: Once we have a plan, we'll sign an agreement and discuss sprucing up your home to boost its value. I'll handle finding contractors, getting your approval, and overseeing the renovations. We'll also sort out inspections, disclosures, and a list of improvements for buyers.
